27 Arnett Moultrie Philadelphia 76ers via Miami Heat

Moultrie was an explosive scorer in his college career, blossoming after his transfer from UTEP to Mississippi State. The Bulldogs' late-season fade and first-round exit from the NIT may have cost Moultrie a shot at being drafted in the top half of the first round.

He has good size (6-11, 230) for a big forward or small-ish center, runs the floor well and is strong on the offensive glass. His defense has a way to go.

He was initially drafted by Miami, and might have been a great fit in the Heat's wafer-thin frontcourt. But Miami is sending Moultrie's draft rights to Philadelphia in exchange for a future first-rounder, which means he'll be fighting for playing time with the likes of Elton Brand, Thaddeus Young, Spencer Hawes and Nikola Vucevic. Of course, one or more of those players could be included in a trade; the Sixers are expected to make at least one significant move in the offseason, possibly involving Andre Iguoldala.
